The 20 1NF1N1TY Standards

Every standard is a law.
No rounding. No partial credit.

Twenty benchmarks covering the full body — strength, mobility, and endurance across every major movement pattern. Each one is objective and binary. It passes or it doesn't. All 20 passing in a single assessment on Day 96 of the Pro program earns the 1NF1N1TY Graduate title.

The Index is calculated from how many of the 20 standards have been passed. It updates in real time on the Standards Tracker. The title changes as the Index climbs. The Graduate title appears only when the Index reaches 100%.

The Coach

MR1NF1N1TY.

A former D1 and professional basketball player who built this methodology from a career spent at the intersection of elite athletic performance and long-term body maintenance. The 20 standards, the 26-month progression, and the Icons Club program system are the result of that work.
