The fitness industry has sold motivation for 50 years. MR1NF1N1TY sells measurement. The 20 1NF1N1TY Standards are the first universal framework for athletic longevity — 20 specific physical benchmarks that, when all passed, define a body built to last and perform across a lifetime.
These standards are not arbitrary. Every one of them targets a specific joint, tissue, or movement pattern that predicts long-term physical health. The tib raise protects the knee. The Jefferson curl protects the spine. The Nordic curl protects the hamstring. The bar hang decompresses the shoulder. Passing all 20 is not a display of athleticism — it is proof of a body that is genuinely, durably healthy.
The journey to all 20 standards takes 26 months across three tiers. Nobody passes them in Beginner. Nobody passes them all in Intermediate. They are unlocked progressively throughout the Pro program — and the person who passes all 20 earns the rarest fitness title in the world: 1NF1N1TY Graduate.
The brand philosophy — "Build a body strong enough to express higher consciousness" — places the physical work in service of something larger. The body is the instrument. The standards are the proof of its readiness. The Graduate is a person who has honored the instrument enough to own it completely.
This document is the constitution of that journey. Every number here is law.

The scoring system that converts performance across all 20 standards into a single number — and the titles that define where each number lands.
The 1NF1N1TY Index is calculated by scoring each standard as a percentage of its benchmark, then averaging all 20 scores. A score of 0% means the standard has not been attempted. A score of 100% means it has been fully passed. The Index is the average of all 20 percentage scores.
Example: An athlete who scores 40% on L1, 25% on L2, and 30% on all remaining 18 standards has an Index of approximately 31% — a Builder entering the upper range of their tier.
Every standard, its exact benchmark, and what it protects. These numbers do not change. They are the law of the program.

Six protocols. Three tiers. Every session begins with the protocol that matches its primary standards. The warm-up is not optional — it is the first session of the session.
Every assessment — phase check-in, tier graduation, and the final 1NF1N1TY Graduation — follows the same format. The format is the standard.
